TechniChlor High Power Hot Tub and Spa Chlorine Generator Overview
The TechniChlor HP is a saltwater chlorine generator specifically designed for Hot Tubs and Spas. Includes 10 built in power levels and doesn't need an external timer to change the chlorine production. Salt level indicator lights let you know if the salt is low, high or OK. When you use the spa the TechniChlor HP will go into boost mode and make more chlorine for the next 24 hours to compensate for spa usage. It can be a challenge to to keep the water in your spa or hot tub crystal clear and smelling nice. If you forget to add chlorine or bromine for a single day or the chlorine feeder runs out and you don't refill it that could lead to spa problems. Due to the higher temperature of the water the chemical balance is critical to be continuously maintained to keep it safe. Proper spa maintenance leads to your spa being safe when you want to use it. Even if the water looks good you should measure the chemical balance before use. Spa chlorine generators can greatly reduce spa problems and spa maintenance as they continuously make chlorine (or bromine) every day so you don't have to. The TechniChlor HP can make 20 grams per day of chlorine and can support spas up to 1000 gallons. Installs in 3 easy steps: 1) Add 1.5 pounds salt per 100 gallons water, 2) Place the unit in the spa water, 3) Plug into a 110 GFI protected outlet. Doesn't require any modifications to the spa or for the spa to even be on! When adding salt to water the water becomes soft and more pleasant to be in. Use pool salt available at most hardware stores or mineral based salts such as Dead Sea salt for a mineral bath every time you use your spa.The TechniChlor HP can work with regular salt (NACL) and bromine salt (NABR). If you don't want to use chlorine then simply use Sodium Bromide as the salt to make bromine. For spas to 600 gallons use the TechniChlor which can make 12 grams per day.Tags : Generator Buying Guide diesel generator sale diesel emergency generator yanmar portable generators
